Returns & Refunds Policy:

• For any queries on returns or exchanges, please write to orders@mamanaturally.in
• Please ensure you reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving the product with your reason for return/exchange. 
• Refunds will be processed after a quality check and approvals from respective sellers. 
• Please note personal care items like diapers, wipes, bathing bars, nappies etc. cannot be returned owing to the nature of the product. 
• Other items like teethers, bibs, rattles, swaddles, baby balls, blankets, etc. cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
